Independence Day! We had a wonderful time celebrating with family and friends this year. We had a family BBQ on Friday night and lit some fireworks of our own...Paige included...she loved the snappers and party poppers! As you can see from the pictures, she really warmed up to her Uncle Dave, what a perfect day for that, Dave being in the military and all and deploying at the end of the month. On Saturday we went to the Gappa's house for a party and then to the Annual Neihart Firework Spectacular. Unfortunately on Sunday all of that partying caught up to Paige and she was sick with 103 fever. The first time since she was an infant that she wanted her Mommy to hold her all day. We are thankful that she recovered quickly and was back to herself on Monday morning.
